Meet & Greet
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression!
For all new clients, I will come to your home to meet you and your pet(s), as well as get to know the layout of your home as it pertains to our visits. I want to make sure you and your pets are comfortable and confident with me in your home and that it's the right fit. We can discuss any specific needs of your pet(s) and review your pet(s) traits and triggers.

Potty Break
When you gotta go you gotta go!
Perfect for puppies and senior dogs. Your pet will be leashed and will benefit from a jaunt around the yard while being lavished with praise and attention. In addition to playing, fresh water & feeding can be provided if requested.

Dog Walk/Play
Walkin' keeps their tails waggin'
Keep Fido happy and healthy with frolicking walks around the neighborhood. This may be just what's needed if you work long hours or just don't have the time to get Rover out for a romp. In addition to walking and playing, fresh water & feeding can be provided if requested.

Experience "almost" overnight pet care where I visit your home in the evening to ensure your pet is well-prepared for a cozy night solo. The next morning, I return bright and early to attend to your pet's needs. Your furry friend gets to enjoy the comfort of their own space, and you can unwind with the peace of mind that they're in good hands.
Visit duration: Two 30-minute visits (≈ 8 pm & 6 am)

TAIL-oring care, one pet at a time
Are there other services you need for your fur-riend? It's quite paws-sible I can help (longer walks, outdoor adventures, overnight care, etc.). Please contact me at walkies@lauriespamperedpaws.com with your specific request and I'll see what I can do to meet the needs of your pet(s).

Complimentary Service
With every in-home pet visit, I'm happy to bring in the mail and other deliveries (well, if there's a fridge waiting at the end of your driveway, you're on your own). Plants can be watered and a quick walk within the main areas of your home can be done (if requested) to make sure all looks in order. These additional services would be done within the block of time scheduled.
Health & Safety Matters

Leashing: If it is safe to walk on your street, ideally I will have your dog secured at two points of contact (example: collar and harness). If you don't have a harness for your dog, one can be provided during visit. If playing in your yard, your dog with be tethered to a check cord to allow for additional range for roaming (and zoomies).

Collars: A good buckle or Martingdale collar are typically safe options. I am unable to walk pets that wear/have been trained using prong or shock collars.

Weather: In the event of extreme weather (heat, humidity, frigid temps, downpours, etc.) outdoor time will be brief (enough time for a potty break) and then we'll bring the party inside.

Pickin' Up Poop: As a responsible dog walker, waste will be picked up and disposed of in order to keep your yard and neighborhood clean -- it's all part of the job (certainly not the most glamourous part, but part of it all the same).
